Nestor Precioso, is CEO of TechMatch. He was previously intellectual property manager at Nestlé’s R&D center in Singapore, where he was responsible for protection planning and contract management for R&D projects on biotransformation, flavor generation and packaging. He was also previously with SPRING Singapore, an enterprise development agency of the Singapore government, managing a grant program for tech start-ups and the commercialization of innovative technologies. Nestor holds a M.Sc. in Management of Technology and B.Sc. (Hons.) in Life Sciences (Biomedical Science) from the National University of Singapore
